Watch Dogs 2 Free

Watch Dogs 2 giveaway failed as users were unable to login, here is how you could still get it.

Watch Dogs might have been a strange, confused game that didn’t wind up delivering much more than a Ubisoft version of GTA with some magic thrown in (or hacking, whatever), but Watch Dogs 2 was a much more interesting take on the hacking-based open world game, with a broad, effective look at power, race and technology in the bay area. I do still wish that the game had been able to fully commit to this open world hacking game and remove guns entirely, but I suppose, at the end of the day, you’ve still got to have some guns in there. Does higher refresh rate really matter for a smart phone?

What is a refresh rate?

A refresh rate simply indicates how many times the display gets refreshed in every second. If a display is termed as 60Hz then, it means that the display will get refresh 60 times per second.

During normal activities these higher rates are only visible in smooth transitions, animations. So, if you are a typical user, who uses smartphones for normal purpose, then this feature will be totally worthless to have. As per now higher display rates consumes more battery and will only be used to degrade the battery percentage. Unless a user is hardcore gamer, the higher refresh rates displays boosts the players reaction time. Normally a higher refresh rates are fruitful whenever a user is playing FPS games where reaction times are must. But these displays doesn’t make one a better player. Having a great reaction time takes a lot of time and effort.

At present most of the displays are 60 Hz, so streaming a stream in YouTube, Twitch, Mixer in higher refresh rates likes 90 Hz, 144 Hz, 240 Hz or more is actually worthless. As the viewers are only able to watch it at 60 Hz. This will only increase the video size, decrease the render time. So switching to a higher refresh rates for content creators might take a while.

Some popular streamers like Shroud, Stewie2k are already using higher refresh rates, so many of the times we are unable to see the contents as the streams are by default reverted to 60 frame rates. So FPS games like PUBG, CS:GO, Fortnight, Apex Legends, Battlefield, etc utilizes the higher refresh rate displays giving the user a huge benefit.

Well refresh rates are not just the must things to have as response time is also equally important. Response time is a measure of how quickly a pixel can display a change from either black to white or from one shade of gray to another. Lower response times are better.

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

What is Face App? Why is it collecting user data?

FaceApp is a mobile application for iOS and Android developed by Russian company Wireless Lab. The app generates highly realistic transformations of faces in photographs by using neural networks based on artificial intelligence. The app can transform a face to make it smile, look younger, look older, or change gender.

The basic process of machine learning is to give training data to a learning algorithm. The learning algorithm then generates a new set of rules, based on inferences from the data. This is in essence generating a new algorithm, formally referred to as the machine learning model. By using different training data, the same learning algorithm could be used to generate different models. For example, the same type of learning algorithm could be used to teach the computer how to translate languages or predict the stock market.

Here FaceApp is collecting the users face data to train the computer, as creating a non-existent face using the same algorithm doesn’t produce a better algorithm, program. So, in-order to create the best algorithm data collection is must.
